We're seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team and implement our new SaaS solution for logistics businesses. As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing sophisticated logistics software that will meet and exceed customer requirements. Success means that each customer becomes a glowing reference with the technology to crush their competition.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate existing relationships with customers
  • Work with our customers to understand their business processes, and translate them into functional requirements
  • Configure and implement our logistics solution per each client's requirements
  • Gather and document 3rd partyintegration requirements
  • Understand how our software works and keep up-to-date on product releases
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and design solutions tailored to their complex business needs
  • Provide training and onboarding instructions to our clients
  • Ensure adherence to a structured software development life-cycle
  • Follow-up on issues reported by our customers


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience implementing complex software solutions such as ERP or TMS
  • Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain industries is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of how databases and web services work
  • Responsible, autonomous, organized, meticulous, quick and efficient
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • University degree in engineering is an asset
