Join Deloitte’s fast-growing Salesforce & Certinia practice, where we help leading professional services and SaaS organizations transform how they sell, deliver, and operate. As a Senior Consultant, Certinia PSA, you will design and implement solutions that modernize project delivery, resource management, time & expense, billing, and revenue operations.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Certinia practice, you will lead project teams consisting of both functional and technical resources, in the delivery of Certinia-based transformations. A primary focus is on leveraging leading practices and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients.


A Senior Consultant functions similar to a Certinia Solution Architect, brining robust product knowledge and technical advisory experience to Deloitte’s Certinia delivery capability.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage functional and technical resource teams in the delivery of Certinia-focused transformations, ensuring the Deloitte project team is meeting key timeline milestones and delivering high-quality outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Leading workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and present solution design recommendations
  • Designing system architecture aligned with best practices for technical excellence and professional services operations
  • Configuring, customizing, and extending Certinia PSA to meet client needs
  • Assessing and integrating complementary 3rd-party applications within the overall solution
  • Translating business requirements into clear specifications for developers and ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget
  • Supporting data migration, testing cycles, deployment, and go-live readiness
  • Preparing and delivering end-user and administrator training
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by proposing scalable and innovative solutions tailored to client goals
  • Contributing to proposals, demos, and internal knowledge development
About the team

You will be part of Deloitte’s Salesforce & Certinia consulting team—an integrated group of experts in quote-to-cash, ERP, PSA, and service delivery transformation. We foster a culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and helping each other grow.

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce-platform based consulting and/or solution architect role
  • Experience owning the functional and technical solution design outcomes for Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation)-based implementations
  • Experience with Accounting, CRM, ERP and/or HCM systems, workflows and processes
  • Experience owning the delivery of integration design architecture between SFDC modules and external systems, with a focus on
  • Certinia PSA & Revenue Management connections
  • Certinia PSA Certified Implementation Consultant and/or Certinia PSA Sysadmin Certification is an asset
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder and Platform Developer 1 certifications are an asset
  • Certinia CS Cloud experience is an asset
  • Proven expertise managing project delivery teams, including delegation of work and fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Experience facilitating client workshops; documenting user stories and test scripts as meaningful outcomes
  • Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes and methodologies (Agile), particularly on the SFDC platform
  • Hands-on experience with professional services operations (projects, resourcing, time & expense, billing, revenue)
  • Experience in process diagraming, specifically using Lucid and/or Vizio
  • Strong written and verbal communicator in English (mandatory), French is an asset
  • A University Degree in Engineering, Software Development, Business Management, or a related field

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
