You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI and data science solutions that help government and public sector clients modernize operations, improve decision-making, and deliver mission outcomes. In this role, you will work across data, analytics, and machine learning initiatives to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready models, data pipelines, and analytical products that support client priorities.

As an AI and Data Science Engineer III on the Government and Public Services AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...
  • Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions for government and public sector clients
  • Building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines, models, and analytical workflows that support scalable and reliable delivery
  • Translating business and mission requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
  • Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and client stakeholders to implement data-driven capabilities
  • Supporting solution optimization, model performance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance required
  • 4+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions
  • 3+ years of experience using Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis, model development, or data engineering
  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or model deployment environments
  • Experience using machine learning frameworks or libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or local government clients
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, application programming interfaces (APIs), or data integration tools
  • Experience with model monitoring, MLOps, or production support processes
  • Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization tools
  • Experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, or analytical products for business users
