Job Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on Dell PC Technician to join their IT support team in Dallas, TX. This onsite role involves end-user desktop support, device provisioning, and hardware troubleshooting across a corporate environment. The position requires frequent travel, making it ideal for a mobile, field-oriented IT professional.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support Dell desktops and laptops running Windows 10/11
  • Perform device imaging, provisioning, and deployment including onboarding and offboarding support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Provide end-user technical support both onsite and via remote tools
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Support asset management, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle processes
  • Assist with Microsoft Autopilot enrollment and device provisioning workflows
  • Follow ITIL-based incident management practices including escalation procedures
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
Required Skills
