Warehouse Associate

Openwork is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for a growing company in Houston. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse, have strong inventory experience, and take pride in accuracy and organization, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career. We're looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Bag, package, and prepare products according to customer specifications.
  • Process shipments using shipping software and track outgoing packages.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support other warehouse operations and assist where needed.
  • Rotate through various workstations as needed to support daily operations (the hiring manager will review each station during the interview to ensure the role is a good fit).

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience required.
  • Inventory control and cycle count experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and product information.
  • Experience with packaging and shipping processes.
  • Experience with ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, or other shipping software is a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
