Dialpad

Denver, CO • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 3 days ago

Job description

About Dialpad
Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.

Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.

Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.

Being a Dialer
At Dialpad, AI isn't just a feature; it's how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee's hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more.

We believe every conversation matters. And we've built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves.

We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.

Your Role
Dialpad's Channel Programs team is the engine behind our global partner ecosystem. We're looking for a Senior Partner Technical Engineer to own the technical enablement experience for Dialpad's partner network: designing and delivering hands-on workshops, building lab environments, certifying partners on our latest products, and driving the pipeline that flows from a well-trained partner base.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of technical depth and teaching. You'll work closely with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams to translate Dialpad's product roadmap into partner-ready training programs — from our CDP 2.0 certification tracks, Agentic AI boot camps, Global Lunch & Learns, and Global Summits.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
  • Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
  • Manage marketing launch coordination and drive channel-driven attendance and registration for every event.
  • Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series, currently active across 18 NA cities.
  • Develop comprehensive lab guides with subject-matter experts across all product families.
  • Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments used in live training events.
  • Create and maintain technical playbooks for each product family (Connect, CX, Agentic AI, Managed Services).
  • Own technical LMS content within Docebo, keeping certification material current with product releases.
  • Deliver Capstone certification grading and validation across all four CDP 2.0 tracks, plus bi-annual recertification.
  • Validate new product introductions (NPI) and coordinate content updates with SE teams.
  • Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution: measure ROI and training effectiveness per event and report results to leadership.
  • Support the goal of 100% Strategic Partner certification by the end of Q2 FY27 and 50 Agentic-certified partners by year-end.

Skills you'll bring

  • 5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms — Dialpad product knowledge a plus.
  • Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
  • Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
  • Excellent project management skills — you can run a multi-city event calendar without dropping a ball.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes: you track pipeline attribution, survey results, and certification completion, not just event attendance.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; experience presenting to partner leadership.
  • Willingness to travel ~50+% for in-person events across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
