AI Delivery Manager
Location: Broomfield, Colorado (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support AI-related initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. This role is centered on delivery, project management, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading technical delivery efforts and working with technical teams, serving as the primary delivery leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of AI initiatives from concept through implementation and business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle for AI initiatives, from approved use case through production deployment and operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain core delivery artifacts, including project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Drive execution across engineering, analytics, governance, IT, security, and business stakeholder teams.
  • Provide clear visibility into project health, status, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate delivery routines for each initiative, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
  • Coordinate activities required to move AI solutions into production, including governance reviews and compliance checkpoints.
  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned AI initiatives.
  • Contribute to scaling enterprise AI delivery practices by developing reusable templates, reporting standards, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, with a strong background in delivery or project management.
  • Experience with projects involving data, APIs, integrations, or cloud-based systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure or Power Platform.
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and experience operating in a hybrid or flexible delivery environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
