Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned AI Delivery Manager to oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI-driven projects for enterprise clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience in global delivery leadership, managing large-scale programs, and direct involvement with AI/ML/GenAI initiatives.

This position demands a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional execution skills, emphasizing the ability to scale AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full production deployment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

AI Program Delivery

  • Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from initial ideation and proof of concept through to production deployment.
  • Coordinate multiple AI projects, including:
    • Applications of Large Language Models (RAG, agents, copilots)
    • Deployment of data science and machine learning models
    • AI-driven automation and business transformation initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with high quality and cost-effectiveness throughout engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients operating in data-intensive sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership (CTO, CIO, Product Heads) to establish AI strategies and roadmaps.
  • Drive account growth and explore expansion opportunities.

Delivery & Program Management

  • Manage extensive, multi-million dollar portfolios and programs.
  • Lead distributed and global teams comprising engineering, data science, and product professionals.
  • Implement delivery governance frameworks, establish KPIs, and maintain reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
