Job description

Compensation:

  • $23.00 starting hourly pay.
  • Up to $1,120.50.00 per week * includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases. Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.

These include:

  • 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour.
  • 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour.
  • 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour.

Delivery Driver Start Time :

  • Start time 11:00am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
  • Shifts are available 7 days per week.
  • Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.

Requirements to be a Delivery Driver :

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
  • Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
  • Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
  • Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds

Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:

  • Amazon-branded vehicle provided , Non-CDL
  • Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance
  • Mobile delivery device
  • Uniforms
  • Safety shoes after completion of driver training
  • Snacks and beverages

What You'll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
  • Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered
