We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Guntersville, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages and goods to customers throughout the service area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and courteous delivery services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely package delivery
  • Collect signatures, payments, and delivery documentation from customers
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and manifests using delivery management systems
  • Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery concerns professionally
  • Lift, carry, and load packages safely, following proper handling procedures
  • Navigate using GPS systems and maps to locate delivery addresses efficiently
  • Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and customer complaints to management
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and issues
