Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization. They are seeking a Finance Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end ERP service delivery for Oracle and PeopleSoft (Finance), ensuring service stability and continuous improvement while partnering with business owners on service KPIs and transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end to end ERP service delivery for Oracle, PeopleSoft (Finance) across prod/non prod, owning SLAs/OLAs, stability, and continuous improvement in an onshore–offshore model.
• Partner with business owners on service KPIs tech debt remediation and transformation programs.
• Run Incident/Request/Problem/Change (ITIL), own SLAs/SLOs & error budgets, publish service dashboards; plan & execute PUM images, PeopleTools upgrades, tax updates; manage environments, refreshes, batch/scheduler health (PSPRCSRV), DR/HA.
• Single throat to choke for service health; run CAB/governance; manage risks/escalations; ensure security, audit/SOX, change/access controls.
• Lead blended teams (functional, technical, DBA, SRE/DevOps); vendor/AMS management; shift left, runbooks/SOPs, KM.
• Automation (CI/CD, regression testing, monitoring), RCA/5 Why to eliminate repeat incidents and reduce MTTR; partner on enhancements/integrations/cloud modernization.
• Own service budgets/forecasts; productivity & cost to serve; savings via automation/right shoring.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years enterprise app delivery with 5+ years leading PeopleSoft operations (finance)
• Deep knowledge of PeopleTools, autosys, weblogic, middleware, system administration, server admin, Database admin, cloud architecture, WebLogic/IIS, Process Scheduler
• Strong ITIL execution (Incident/Problem/Change/Release) with KPI driven management
• Proven onshore–offshore and multi vendor/AMS leadership; crisp executive reporting
• Good communication skills, Analytical skills, quick learner and process oriented with a higher customer orientation.
• Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges and ready to explore.
• Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
