Recruitment Manager

Accomplish Health is the industry leader in telehealth obesity care; redefining remote  medical weight management and medical bariatrics. We provide evidence-based stigma free care managed by obesity specialized physicians and dieticians. Our mission is to help  our patients achieve sustainable metabolic health, weight loss and wellness.  

Our clinical model leverages pharmacotherapy (prescription drugs), nutrition therapy,  health coaching, and connected devices (i.e. scales, blood pressure cuCs) in a completely  virtual care environment. We're building patient experiences that make it simple for them  to get treatment and build sustainable, measurable healthy habits that lead to long term  wellness.  

We partner with health systems and insurance companies to maximize access and  affordability to reach the maximum number of patients possible. 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end recruiting at Accomplish  Health while also supporting a thoughtful, well-organized onboarding experience for new  hires. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to forecast  hiring needs, execute searches, and help build scalable recruiting and onboarding  processes. 

This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building  systems while also executing day-to-day recruiting.


Key Responsibilities 


Recruiting Strategy & Workforce Planning 

Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans
Translate business and clinical needs into clear, well-scoped job descriptions
Manage hiring timelines and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Full-Cycle Recruiting 

Own the full recruiting lifecycle across clinical, operational, and corporate roles 

Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a strong candidate  experience 

Coordinate interview processes, feedback, references, and oCers
Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, particularly in medical delivery
Hiring Manager & Candidate Experience 

Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding them through structured,  efficient hiring processes 

Ensure timely communication and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Support oCer negotiations and help close candidates eCectively 


Onboarding & Early Employee Experience 

Coordinate onboarding for new hires in partnership with Operations and IT
Ensure new hires are set up with systems, credentials, and required documentation
Help design and enhance onboarding materials, checklists, and initial experiences
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their early ramp period
Process, Tools & Optimization 

Manage applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools 

Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and  acceptance rates 

Identify opportunities to improve eCiciency, consistency, and scalability across  recruiting and onboarding

Qualifications 

Required 

5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience 

Experience recruiting across clinical, healthcare operations, and corporate roles 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches  simultaneously 

Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have 

Previous startup or scale-up experience in virtual care, digital health, or population  health.
