Job Summary:
Omega Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Incentives Analyst to support one of their key business units that impacts market strategies with dealers and customers. The role involves developing data-driven analytics and KPI summaries while supporting the Incentives and Sales Operations teams with data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Support position for team data collection and aggregation including internal and external sources.
β€’ Support Incentives and Sales Operations team in ad-hoc data and information requests from other business teams and/or for management presentations.
β€’ Understand the internal and external dynamics affecting Incentives programs to better plan monthly and yearly Incentives programs.
β€’ Use tools, including Excel, Tableau and Power BI, to diagnose and analyze Incentives data and Auto industry incentives to improve go to market programs and effectiveness.
β€’ Create PowerPoints and summaries to effectively communicate results of analysis to varying levels of management.
β€’ Support the monthly launch of incentives programs and data, eventually becoming a subject matter expert for these items.
β€’ As needed, participate in Incentives-related meetings with other business units in order to provide the Incentives team viewpoint to the business and report results back to the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
β€’ 2 - 3 years of professional work experience
β€’ Special consideration given to those with understanding of Automotive industry (Retail, Wholesale and/or Lending)
β€’ Experience working with and managing complex data structures
β€’ Experience summarizing and explaining analytical summaries ideally to non-technical audiences.
β€’ Experience delivering quality work in a high pressure, time sensitive and deadline-driven environment
β€’ Ability to diagnose issues and make recommendations to varying levels of management.
β€’ Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore, learn and understand new topics directly related to the Auto industry and approaches to improve go to market strategy.
β€’ Demonstrated PowerPoint and Excel skills to present projects and results.
β€’ Demonstrated experience working with teams outside of core responsibility team to better understand business operations and how to make efficiency improvements.
