City : Chesterfield State : Missouri (US-MO) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 44799 A Day In The Life:The Service Delivery Excellence Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for driving significant efficiency enhancements and process standardization within the company's Business Services function. This role acts as a key bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore shared service partners, focusing on identifying, documenting, and automating workloads. Leveraging expertise in automation tools, understanding of key control environment and best operational practices.

This individual will lead the strategic transfer of processes to back-office teams and the successful achievement of substantial efficiency gains. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging technology to transform business operations.What You'll Be Doing:Process Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:Become the local point of contact for the business and lead comprehensive reviews with internal stakeholders to thoroughly analyze, record, and document existing workflows and associated workloads.Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation across the end-to-end lifecycle.Develop detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for identified areas of improvement and transfer.Automation & Solution Design:Design, develop, and implement automation solutions utilizing a range of tools including macros, VBA, and specialized automation software (e.g., Robotic Process Automation - RPA).Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate automation solutions and ensure scalability and sustainability.Offshore Workload Transition & Management:Assist with the strategic transfer of identified workloads from onshore teams to offshore back-office shared service (BBS) partners.Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues and escalations from offshore teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to standardized processes.Post-transfer, work collaboratively with offshore BBS parties to further standardize, streamline, and automate processes within their operations.Efficiency Measurement & Performance Management:Establish clear metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and impact of process automation and workload transfers.Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior management, highlighting achieved efficiencies, cost savings, and project statuses.Perform ongoing monitoring and improvement of automated processes.Continuous Improvement & Innovation:Champion a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation across business functions.Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover new opportunities for process enhancement, automation and new areas of the business where BBS can be expandedLead special projects aimed at optimizing operational models and technology utilization.Skill/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations (or similar service delivery functions), with at least 2 years focused on process improvement, optimization, or automation initiatives.Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using VBA, macros, and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Co-Pilot).Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor management.Proven experience working with, collaborating with, or managing offshore teams/shared service centers, including successful knowledge transfer initiatives.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.Strong project management skills, capable of leading initiatives, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling).Experience with Enterprise Management Systems (e.g., SAP FICO, GTM) is highly desirable.Be able to act independently and make own decisions with minimal supervision required.Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
