Job Title: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Technician
Full-Time | Day Shift
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Technician to join our team. This is a dual-role opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road as well as working hands-on in a warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our tire and wheel products are delivered safely and our warehouse operations run smoothly.


What You'll Do

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver tires and wheels to customer locations using the most efficient routes.

  • Follow all DOT regulations and McCarthy Tire safety policies.

  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain delivery confirmations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Receive and document incoming and outgoing tire inventory.

  • Operate a forklift and safely move products in and out of trailers.

  • Stack and organize tires in the warehouse and staging areas.

  • Identify and report missing or damaged inventory.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Assist with training of new employees as needed.


What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years.

  • Valid driver's license with:

    • No DUI/DWI in the past 4 years.

    • No more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years.

  • Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and have an acceptable MVR.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work in both driving and warehouse environments.

  • Prior experience with tire products and tools is a plus.
