 Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at Colonia Del Rey and Chandler Gardens.


This position is ideal for a strong maintenance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can adapt to the operational needs of multiple communities while delivering exceptional resident service.


Responsibilities Include:

Completing work orders and resident service requests in a timely manner
Assisting with apartment turns and move-in readiness
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance issues
Supporting property curb appeal and community cleanliness standards
Assisting with preventive maintenance and inspections
Supporting maintenance operations during high-demand periods
Participating in emergency maintenance and on-call rotations as assigned
Maintaining professional communication with residents and team members

Requirements

 Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
Ability to travel between assigned communities
