Job description

Purpose of Position:

Tricont Trucking Company, a proud member of the Del Monte Fresh, is now hiring Class A CDL Drivers for permanent, year-round, Full-Time positions in Dallas, TX.

Our Drivers will be responsible for delivering our fresh produce to customers and designated facilities safely and on time, while helping us keep our roads safe and our reputation strong. 

Earn $1,500–$1,800 per week (Top drivers $1,800+)

Job Description:

  • Run local/regional routes out of Dallas, TX
  • Driver will deliver M-W-F to Amarillo, TX
  • Deliver fresh and refrigerated products
  • Ensure safe, on-time deliveries
  • Operate modern, well-maintained equipment

What to Expect:

  • (Start time - 7:00 PM)
  • 10–12-hour shifts
  • Average 45-hour work week
  • 5–6-day work week
  • Weekend work required (Saturday or Sunday rotation)
  • Consistent routes and schedules – minimal week-to-week changes
  • Fast-paced operation with steady stops

Pay & Bonuses:

  • $1,500–$1,800 weekly average
  • $78,000–$90,000 annually
  • $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience
  • Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations/accidents within the last 36 months
  • Ability to pass DOT physical, background, and drug screening
