SpaSupervisors form a professional and operational partnership with spa management. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of all spa positions and their function, and includes furthering guest relations, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties.
This supervisory role supports staff development, addresses colleague interests, and plays an active role in achieving a positive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily operation of spa concierge team, includingworking shifts at the reception desk
• Acting as a leader on duty to assist with guest opportunities and resolution
• Creating weekly schedules
• Assistingwith weekly payroll
• Help with planning and participating in monthly department meetings.
The hourly rate for this position is $31.60/hour - $32.23/hour. The starting rate for this position is $31.60/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $32.23/hour.
