The Security Supervisor will support our multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Grand Hyatt Seattle. The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the hotel. This individual will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, submit weekly recaps to the Area Director of Security, support and train staff, review weekly performance metrics, attend and participate in supervisor and department meetings. This Supervisor, along with our Area Director of Security, Assistant Director, and Security Supervisors, leads a team of colleagues who are in constant interaction with our guests and fellow colleagues. Therefore, strong customer service leadership experience is a top priority when considering candidates for this position, and security experience is not required.
The hourly rate range for this position is $32.60/hour to $33.25/hour. The starting rate for this position is $32.60/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt Hotels, which is currently $33.25/hour.
