High-Income Sales Role in a Premier Training Facility
United Defense Tactical (UDT) is opening a premier reality-based training facility in San Antonio, TX, and is hiring Enrollment Coaches ahead of launch.
This is a high-accountability, in-person closing role focused on enrolling individuals into structured, scenario-based training that builds confidence, awareness, and real-world preparedness.
We don’t sell products—we enroll members into a training system designed to improve decision-making under pressure and enhance personal safety.
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue by enrolling customers into our membership-based training program. You will engage prospects, deliver high-impact facility tours and simulator demos, and guide them through the decision to join.
What You’ll Do
  •  Lead structured 90-minute facility demos and training experiences 
  •  Convert prospects into long-term members through in-person consultations 
  •  Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM workflows 
  •  Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistent daily activity standards 
  •  Track all interactions and progress in CRM (ClubReady or similar) 
  •  Own your enrollment targets and contribute to team performance

Schedule & Expectations:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week 
  •  Evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays required 
  •  Active presence on the floor during peak hours expected
  •  Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM 
  •  Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For
  •  Proven success in sales, recruiting, or other high-volume, public-facing roles 
  •  Strong ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide prospects to a decision 
  •  Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable in a team environment 
  •  Strong objection-handling, rapport-building, and closing ability 
  •  Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based, high-accountability culture
  •  Military, law enforcement, or tactical background (preferred)
  •  Firearms or personal defense training experience (preferred)
  •  Experience with CRM systems (ClubReady, HighLevel, or similar) (preferred)
  •  Existing network within first responder, military, veteran, or security communities (preferred)
