Job description

You will be a Logistics Engineer Associate, F-35 - Level 1.
What You Will Be Doing
Join a dynamic team supporting one of the world's most advanced fighter aircraft-the F-35. As a Logistics Engineer Associate, you'll be part of the Supply Operations team helping to shape the logistics systems that keep the F-35 mission-ready. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their expertise in logistics, systems engineering, and military support programs. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing critical skills that support the lifecycle sustainment of this cutting-edge aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply logistics provisioning skills in a military Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) environment.
- Support provisioning analysis by assessing SPIR (Standard Parts Identification Request) deliveries, Parts Precedence (PP) J0820s, and QEC using specialized tools
- Perform and support analyses related to aircraft and equipment design, including functionality, accessibility, interchangeability, and training devices.
- Collaborate with systems engineers and product teams to ensure supportability requirements are integrated throughout the design and sustainment lifecycle.
- Work with established standards and specifications including GEIA Standards, MIL-STD-1388-1A/2B, MIL-HDBK-502, MIL-PRF-49506, and DoD 5000 series guidance
- Apply Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SM&R) codes and Maintenance Task Codes in support of provisioning analyses and logistics planning.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and validated logistics data within a Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) database, supporting both CLS and PBL programs.
