Job Description
As an OMD Operator, you will work closely with the engineering team to support, maintain, and optimize advanced robotics and automated production equipment. You will be assigned a section containing multiple machines and be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance and maintaining production quality standards through hands-on support and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
  • Train and work directly with the engineering team to support production processes.
  • Own and maintain an assigned section that includes multiple machines and systems.
  • Operate and maintain advanced robotics and automated machinery.
  • Perform daily equipment checks using a startup checklist to ensure operational readiness.
  • Conduct equipment calibration and minor hardware repairs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, including:
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Vocational course graduate or associate degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment.
  • Preferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
