Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect qualify demo close

  • Target Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)

  • Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clients

  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning

  • Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, ARR)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales 

  • Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
