Job description

Join ClearRealty LLC and become part of a team focused on owning, managing, and improving properties that strengthen communities. Our professionals support a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties while delivering high-quality property management and home services that enhance the experience of tenants, residents, and partners.

As part of the ClearSpectrum LLC family of companies, ClearRealty combines long-term property stewardship with modern technology and operational excellence. Our team is dedicated to building trusted spaces, supporting thriving communities, and creating opportunities for growth across our expanding portfolio.

Your Mission:

Join ClearRealty as a Property Manager, where you will serve as the primary operational leader for a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing activities, vendor coordination, maintenance initiatives, and property performance while ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and operated in accordance with company objectives.

As part of a growing, entrepreneurial real estate company, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of assigned properties, make meaningful operational decisions, and directly contribute to tenant satisfaction, occupancy, property performance, and long-term asset value. Working closely with Accounting, Lease Administration, Facilities, vendors, and company leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence while supporting the continued growth and development of the ClearRealty portfolio.
You will excel in this role if you are:
  • A proactive and service-oriented property management professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering a high-quality experience for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Comfortable taking ownership of multiple priorities simultaneously while balancing tenant needs, operational requirements, financial objectives, and company standards
  • Confident working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment are valued, and where you have the opportunity to make a visible impact on property performance
  • Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to independently manage properties, projects, vendors, and operational activities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Naturally solutions-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, make recommendations, and implement appropriate corrective actions within established authority levels
  • Naturally process-minded and analytical, with the ability to identify gaps, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to improving operational workflows over time
  • Professional and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and courteously with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Financially aware and operationally minded, with an understanding of how occupancy, tenant satisfaction, operating expenses, maintenance activities, and property condition contribute to overall property performance and long-term asset value
  • Flexible and solutions-focused, maintaining a positive, steady approach when priorities shift or new responsibilities emerge
A day in the life:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned properties, responding to tenant inquiries, resolving operational concerns, coordinating service requests, and maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationships
  • Oversee leasing activities including prospect inquiries, property tours, lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, tenant retention efforts, and lease compliance matters

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, preventative maintenance activities, inspections, vendor services, and property improvement projects to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained

  • Review property performance metrics including occupancy, delinquency, operating expenses, recoveries, maintenance activity, and tenant concerns, implementing corrective actions and escalating matters as appropriate

  • Administer delinquency management, lease default enforcement, repayment arrangements, lease violations, and related tenant communications in accordance with company policies and lease requirements

  • Coordinate with Operations & Lease Administration, Accounting, Facilities, vendors, and company leadership to support budgeting, reporting, billing accuracy, tenant onboarding, and overall property performance

  • Contribute to maintaining attractive, well-operated properties while supporting tenant satisfaction, operational continuity, occupancy goals, and the long-term value of the ClearRealty portfolio

What we are expecting from you:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in property management, commercial real estate operations, multifamily management, facilities management, or a related property operations role

  • Demonstrated experience managing tenant relations, leasing activities, budgets, operating expenses, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, and day-to-day property operations

  • Experience with property management platforms (Yardi Voyager strongly preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to review, interpret, and administer lease agreements, operating budgets, financial reports, vendor contracts, and property-related documentation

  • Strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, vendor management, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and operational performance management

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, operational issues, deadlines, and competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

  • Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where processes and workflows continue to evolve, along with the ability to adapt while maintaining accountability, responsiveness, and operational consistency

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, identify operational risks or performance concerns, implement appropriate corrective actions within established authority levels, and escalate matters appropriately

  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, ownership, and commitment to tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term asset stewardship

Nice to have:
  • Experience working within a commercial real estate, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, or multi-tenant property portfolio environment

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms, including exposure to leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reporting, or tenant management functions

  • Experience coordinating capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, property renovations, or operational improvement initiatives

  • Experience reviewing budgets, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, vendor contracts, or property performance metrics

  • Exposure to vendor procurement, contract administration, insurance claims coordination, or service provider management

  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow development, technology adoption, or operational efficiency initiatives within a growing organization

  • Prior experience working in a small team, entrepreneurial, or owner-operated environment where adaptability, initiative, and accountability are highly valued

If you're looking for a role where your organization, accuracy, and attention to detail directly contribute to the stability and performance of a growing real estate portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
