About the Role:
ComForCare Home Care - Slidell is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Mandeville, LA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by delivering personalized, one-on-one care right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
  • Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
  • Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocols

Requirements:
  • Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
  • Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
