  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams and play a critical role in shaping profitable growth for a segment of the business. You will influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to Product and Finance leadership.
In addition:

  • Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while recommending actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Partner across the broader Product Finance organization to drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling business stories and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.
