As a trusted financial consultant, you'll guide members on their financial journeys by providing convenient, accessible, and affordable solutions while building long-term relationships based on trust.

Success in this role requires the ability to identify member needs, deepen relationships, increase product adoption, and safeguard members' financial well-being—all while providing an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do
Member Financial Advocacy & Education (40%)
  • Serve as members' trusted financial advocate by understanding their financial goals and recommending solutions that help them save money, build wealth, and improve financial wellness.
  • Build lasting relationships through every interaction by providing financial education and personalized service.
  • Educate members on self-service tools and digital banking technology.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Proven history of delivering excellent customer service and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and related software.
  • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations related to consumer lending and deposit accounts.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or a related field.
Spanish Language Skills
Spanish fluency is not required. Candidates who are fluent in Spanish may be eligible for a language proficiency pay differential.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work branch hours, including Saturdays.
  • Full-time schedule with additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
