We are a legal collections law firm operating in several states and we are looking for ​a Bilingual Debt Collector with a good attitude to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Make/receive minimum 100 calls per day
  • Adhere to FDCPA, client and internal compliance guidelines on calls
  • follow up with customers on broken payment arrangements as well as process payments
  • properly negotiate acceptable payment arrangements
  • Work in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • 1 year previous collections experience preferred
  • Ability to learn FDCA, client & internal compliance guidelines for calls
  • Good attendance is a must
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
