Reliance Solutions is currently seeking a dependable individual with a strong work ethic to fill a full-time, permanent case manager position. The case manager is responsible for building client relationships and confidently guiding them through our process.

As a case manager, your responsibilities will be:

· Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to ensure confidence, comfort and trust.

· Multitask incoming emails and phone calls on a daily basis.

· Record client information within our database.
