Crenshaw Janitorial is seeking a Floor Tech to help maintain clean, polished, and professional-looking facilities in Hopewell, VA.

Position Summary

As a Floor Tech, you will perform routine and specialized floor care tasks to keep surfaces looking their best. You’ll use appropriate methods and equipment to clean, finish, and maintain floors while supporting a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

This role is full-time and onsite in Hopewell, VA, and it offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the appearance and hygiene of client spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors using appropriate techniques to remove dirt, stains, and debris.

  • Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

  • Perform floor finishing activities as needed, following established procedures and product directions.

  • Inspect work areas to ensure floors meet quality standards and are free of defects or residue.

  • Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and correct use of personal protective equipment.
