(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community health organization in Chicago.
This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Illinois.
Office is comprised of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentists and OB|Gyn. Very nice, modern office with lab testing and fully staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager. Very comprehensive on boarding process.
100% out patient practice
Reasonable patient volume
Flexible, great work|life balance schedule:
Monday - Friday with one 1|2 day Saturday per month
Flexible schedule of 8- 5hr shifts or 4 -10hr shifts
Call is 1:7 by phone only, very light
