Job description

Lewis-Palmer School District 38, in Monument, CO, is looking for a Head Speech and Debate Coach at Palmer Ridge High School to be responsible for the speech and debate program.  The Head Coach will hire and manage the coaching staff, and develop the budget, fundraising, purchasing, and developing the schedule. The Head Coach will manage all season practices and contests.  The Head Coach will be responsible for parent communication throughout the program, keeping families informed of all activities both during, and off-season.  The Head Coach will also be expected to work with other programs to encourage multi-activity participation within Palmer Ridge High School.
