Job description

Warehouse Associate

Our warehouse associates play a pivotal role in assisting our wholesale parts business. This entry level position provides the opportunity to learn about the dealership business with opportunities to move into other roles around the dealership. Warehouse associates primary role involves locating, picking, and preparing parts from inventory to fulfill customer orders. They will also restock shelves as new inventory is received. Secondary roles involve assisting in tasks around the dealership helping with organization and cleanliness.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Assisting with receiving, unloading trucks, and restocking shelves
  • High accuracy in reading part numbers and picking the correct items
  • Locating and selecting correct parts from shelves or racks based on pick lists
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk throughout the warehouse, and lift heavy objects (rarely over 50lbs)
  • Most tasks are completed independently from others
