What is a dealership relationship manager?

Dealership Relationship Managers are professionals responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships between automotive dealerships and manufacturers, lenders, or other partners. They serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, addressing dealership needs, and supporting sales growth. Their duties often include providing training, resolving issues, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. By fostering positive relationships, they help dealerships achieve their sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

How does a dealership relationship manager typically collaborate with sales teams and dealership staff to achieve business goals?

A Dealership Relationship Manager works closely with both internal sales teams and dealership staff to foster strong partnerships and drive mutual success. This involves regular on-site visits, providing product training, addressing concerns, and aligning dealership objectives with company offerings.
