Job description

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Des Moines, IA. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining strong communication with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product options to meet those needs.
  • Sales/Account Manager would be selling Printed Paper Products (business cards, brochures, letterhead, envelopes, etc.), Decorated Apparel Products (custom silk-screened & embroidered clothing), Branded Promotional Products (koozies, pens, coffee mugs, etc.), and Large Format Products (signs, banners, tradeshow displays) - directly to all businesses.  

Qualifications

  • Sales Experienced Required
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Des Moines, IA
  • Industry experience in Printing, Apparel, Signs, and/or Promotional Products is a plus

Pay

  • Salary Base Pay + Monthly Commissions
