What You'll Do as a Parts Manager - Construction Industries:
As a Parts Manager - Construction Industries, you'll oversee multiple operational areas while supporting customer satisfaction, employee development, safety, and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead daily operations for Parts Counter Sales, Exchange, Export, Will-Call, Satellite Branch Sales, Parts On Site, and Customer Solutions teams
  • Define department budgets, goals, and operational objectives
  • Determine staffing and manpower levels to support operational needs
  • Support employee development through training, evaluations, coaching, and resources
  • Monitor department profitability and operational performance metrics
  • Oversee department data processing and operational reporting functions
  • Promote exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction across all operational areas
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Partner with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and workflow consistency

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or operations management
  • Strong leadership experience managing people, inventory, and operational processes

  • Ability to analyze financial statements and understand accounting principles
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
