Job description

Serra Rochester Hills ("Dealership") is currently seeking office clerical and administrative personnel for its Billing Office. Although experience in retail automotive dealerships is an advantage, we are willing to train the right person.
The Dealership is part of family owned, Fenton, MI based Serra Automotive, Inc. the 12th largest auto group in the USA and the number one volume retailer in Michigan. The dealership is managed by a local dealer/partner who runs the day-to-day operations and is onsite daily.

Competitive hourly pay (+OT) and benefits plan includes medical, dental, 401K, paid vacation, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
  • Data entry for vehicle sales and purchases.
  • Prepare checks for lien payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
  • Costing and finalizing deals to post to accounting.
  • Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
  • Manage and apply for titles and registrations with the applicable state.
  • Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
  • Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
