Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of office resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to foster a productive and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support office staff (accounting, title clerks, billing, reception)
  • Manage daily office operations and workflow to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and maintain office procedures, policies, and internal controls
  • Schedule staff and ensure coverage for all administrative functions
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger processes
  • Ensure all vehicle deals, contracts, and documentation are accurate and processed correctly
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and manufacturer requirements
  • Oversee title processing
  • Maintain audit-ready records and assist with internal/external audits

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or management preferred
  • 2+ years of office management experience (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes and financial reporting
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred but not required
