We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Parts Manager to support daily operations of our Parts Department. This role works closely with the Parts Manager to ensure efficient inventory control, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination between the parts, service, and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Parts Manager with daily department operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, stocking, and organization
  • Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
  • Assist with wholesale and retail parts sales
  • Monitor parts obsolescence and assist with inventory adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to technicians, advisors, and customers
  • Step in to manage department operations in the Parts Manager’s absence
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts experience required (Chrysler/CDJR experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of dealer parts systems (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, or similar)
