JACK MADDEN FORD SERVICE IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY SCHEDULE!!!!!

In this role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient workflow. You will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to maintain a smooth and productive environment that meets both customer satisfaction and business targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Manager in managing daily service department activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of service technicians and advisors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding service progress and vehicle status.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area.
  • Support in managing parts inventory and ordering processes.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues effectively.
  • Assist with scheduling and training of service department staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
