Job description

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team! As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience. 


You'll report to the District Manager on a daily and weekly basis, and your primary focus will be to make sure that our restaurant is the best in town!

 As the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

We take food safety seriously, and as the General Manager, you'll be responsible for enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, ensuring that our food preparation and service is of the highest quality, and maintaining a professional restaurant image.

 At the heart of our business is our commitment to providing outstanding guest service. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all guest needs are met, resolving any concerns or complaints quickly and efficiently, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our guests and employees. 

People skills are essential for success in this role, and we expect our General Managers to provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues, interview and hire hourly employees, develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance reviews, and maintain accurate staffing plans and schedules. 

We believe in being an active and supportive member of our community, and we expect our General Managers to share this commitment. You'll be expected to actively participate in local marketing and community events, and to cultivate strong relationships with our guests and neighbors. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong computer skills, be proficient in all dimensions of restaurant functions, possess a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the United States. You'll need to have self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and be outgoing, with excellent communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. You should be able to handle the pressures of coordinating multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation and be able to determine the applicability of experience and qualifications of job applicants.
