Arrow Ford is looking to hire an Experienced Ford Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in a car dealership office setting is required! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ford Office Manager Responsibilities
  • Support a range of daily accounting functions, including cash management, billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, floor plan audit, bank reconciliations and posting daily bank activity
  • Month end close and submitting factor financial statement
  • Manage schedules for title work and inventory posting
  • Support office personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines
  • Work closely with the controller and department managers to maintain accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies
  • Responsibilities may evolve with dealership needs
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Must have 5+ year of experience working in an Automotive Office Environment
