Your Purpose as a Finance Administrator:

  • Scan and upload all required documents into the Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Update and maintain automotive deal information across multiple systems
  • Finalize vehicle deals and submit completed files to the accounting office for processing
  • Verify MSOs and titles, including dealer trade transactions
  • Assign, distribute, and submit deal documents to financial institutions for funding
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries related to finance processes
  • Conduct follow-up communication with guests regarding finance documentation, outstanding information, questions, and satisfaction concerns
  • Assist guests with finance-related questions and address concerns or issues through phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Process and manage warranty, cancellation, maintenance, and GAP documentation
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Office/administration experience required
