This is a high-impact, front-end role for a strategic dealmaker who enjoys shaping structures, navigating sophisticated counterparties, and driving transactions from concept through close.**Key Responsibilities**- Own the structuring strategy for complex credit facilities from initial concept through documentation, negotiation, and close- Lead negotiations with borrowers, legal counsel, administrative agents, and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound financing solutions- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation ensuring alignment across investment, operations, and onboarding teams- Challenge assumptions and propose innovative structures, influencing deal design and commercial outcomes- Build and maintain deep relationships with borrowers, co-lenders, and service providers- Design bespoke solutions across ABL secured lending, CFOs/Rated Feeders, NAV facilities, Secondaries, GP facilities, and multi-jurisdictional structures (Delaware, UK, Cayman, Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Scotland)- Oversee the full lifecycle of each facility including deliverables, KPIs, and periodic reviews**What You Bring**- Deep experience structuring and negotiating complex credit facilities- Strong command of legal documentation and deal mechanics- Ability to influence and collaborate across investment, legal, operations, and external stakeholders- Analytical rigor and commercial judgment with proven track record in private markets finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
