# Art Director, ExperientialLocation: Brazil & USAAs Art Director, Experiential at DE-YAN, you know how to turn a big, vague idea into a room people actually remember walking into. Spatial design, interactive storytelling, brand activations — that's your world.You'll split your time between getting your hands dirty on the creative work itself and partnering with the creative and production teams that bring it to life, steering projects from first sketch to opening night, and working directly with clients to make sure what lands is worth the hype. You'll report to the Creative Director (Experiential) and collaborate with creative teams across DE-YAN's global network on work that doesn't look like anything else out there.## What you’ll do* Contribute to concept development and drive execution of experiential campaigns and* Ensure creative work aligns with client objectives and the agency's overall creative vision* Support the development of creative strategies that drive innovation and excellence* Uphold the agency's high standards for design, storytelling, and experience impact* Support client relationships, helping translate brand goals into compelling creative solutions* Participate in client presentations, articulating ideas and creative rationale clearly* Collaborate with project managers, creative strategists, and production teams to ensure seamless execution* Manage day-to-day work on multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met* Apply expertise in spatial design, set design, and interactive environments to create immersive brand experiences* Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices* Partner with fabricators, lighting designers, and production specialists to ensure technical feasibility* Help develop experiences that captivate both in-person and digital audiences, enhancing brand storytelling* Support engagement strategies that amplify brand presence and foster meaningful connections## What you’ll bring* 4+ years of agency experience (exceptions made for outstanding portfolios)* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in immersive brand experiences and interactive storytelling* Some experience collaborating with or supporting junior team members* Strong proficiency in spatial design and event architecture* Ability to present creative concepts and engage clients effectively* Skill in managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative excellence* Passion for pushing creative boundaries and integrating new technologies into experiential activations* Experience working in international or cross-cultural creative environments a plus* Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas to both internal teams and clients* Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving work environment while managing multiple priorities* A commitment to delivering groundbreaking, high-impact creative work## Apply for this roleOne form, one resume, optional cover letter.
