Job description

Integrative Care is actively hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our residential group homes in Frederick County, Central Maryland (Howard, Montgomery, Carroll, Baltimore), and Southern Maryland (Charles, St. Maryโ€™s, Prince George's). We are not looking for โ€œclock-in, clock-outโ€ staff โ€” we are looking for strong, dependable professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing, high-quality DDA provider. Our homes are structured, well-managed, and focused on dignity, safety, and true community integration โ€” not institutional care. As a DSP, you will lead daily support efforts including medication administration (per Maryland DDA standards), implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP/PCP), documentation, transportation, behavioral support, and promoting independence in a respectful, home-like environment. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Maryland driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous experience in developmental disabilities, residential services, behavioral support, or healthcare is strongly preferred. CPR/First Aid and medication technician certification are a plus (training available for the right candidate).
