Job description

OVERVIEW

Danella, a national utility contractor, is adding Supervisors to its operations. We are seeking experienced Supervisors, compensation based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual will be responsible for the planning and the coordination of crew deployment to meet our customers’ expectations in a safe profitable manner.

Excellent communication skills with both our customer and workforce is necessary.

In addition, the following will be some of the responsibilities:

  • Dispatching crews
  • Meeting with customers
  • Job walkouts, site visits, quality and safety inspections
  • Job close outs
  • Production and billing reports
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years’ experience in foreman capacity
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening, physical and drug testing
  • Knowledge of telephone, fiber or CATV construction
