Job Purpose:

Prepares proposals for submission to customers for projects or products. Develops and maintains various financial models and standard templates for use in proposal development, ensuring quality, accuracy and a focused analytical review. Analyses data to ensure proper compliance to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Prepare cost, pricing and other financial information for external auditors as required. Assist with audits performed by DCAA, DCMA, prime contractors or any other customer.

Overview:

This role supports cost and pricing proposals by preparing financial models, analyzing data for FAR compliance, and assisting with audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost models, quotes, and price lists.
  • Analyze pricing, profitability, and RFP/RFQ requirements.
  • Evaluate foreign currency impacts.
  • Coordinate with Contracts and support audits (DCAA, DCMA, customers).
  • Maintain accurate pricing procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting, Finance, Management, or another business-related field.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DoD accounting, and government contracts.
  • Strong communication and data management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional efforts.
