Construction Safety & Compliance Supervisor
Location: Kennesaw, Georgia
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Reports To: Operations Manager
About DC Enclosures, Inc.
DC Enclosures, Inc. is an established residential construction company serving homeowners since 1988. We specialize in sunrooms, aluminum enclosures, patio covers, and outdoor living spaces. We are seeking a highly organized and accountable Construction Safety & Compliance Supervisor to oversee jobsite safety, vehicle compliance, equipment monitoring, safety inventory, and company policy management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine and unannounced jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA 1926 standards
  • Oversee fall protection, ladder safety, and PPE compliance
  • Lead and document weekly safety meetings and incident investigations
  • Review daily Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
  • Ensure compliance of F-350 and F-450 crew cab trucks and trailers (non-semi fleet)
  • Track preventive maintenance schedules and vehicle registrations
  • Monitor forklift inspections and operator certifications
  • Ensure Georgia Drug-Free Workplace compliance standards
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and Safety Manual
  • Manage inventory of safety equipment and company-issued tools
  • Maintain organized digital compliance files and reporting systems

Required Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
  • 3-5 years of construction safety or compliance experience
  • Strong digital and documentation skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
  • Experience overseeing light-duty fleet compliance
  • Mechanical familiarity preferred
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Clean background check
  • CDL preferred

Compensation
$27.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law
Performance bonus opportunity up to $5,000 annually
