Role Overview

We are seeking a Operations Manager to join our growing team in support of our federal program.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of program specifications and operational strategies.
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, performance, and quality objectives.
  • Implement operational mission requirements.
  • Perform requirements analysis, information analysis, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Support clients in achieving program goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide status updates and briefings to CG ASC senior leadership.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage junior consultants.
  • Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Special projects as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in program and project management, talent acquisition, facilitation, program management toolset implementation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing program specifications, operational plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring compliance with schedule, performance, and quality objectives.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff or consultants.
  • Demonstrated success presenting project updates, recommendations, and briefings to senior executives or government leadership.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if applicable.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
  • Experience supporting federal programs preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution
Work Location and Schedule
  • Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote)
  • Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM EST
  • Work schedules and arrangements (remote/hybrid) may be adjusted based on client and program needs

Compensation
  • The likely salary range for this position is $160k-$200k.

Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
